The ICC T20 World Cup 2024 schedule was announced on Friday. It starts on June 1 and ends with the final match on June 29 in Barbados.
The tournament will use three venues in the USA and six in the Caribbean. Initially, ten teams will play in the USA across three cities: Lauderhill, Dallas, and New York. The India-Pakistan match will take place in a new 34,000-seat stadium in Nassau County, New York.
There will be 41 matches in the Caribbean, spread across six islands. Semi-finals will be held in Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana, while the final will take place in Barbados.
The tournament consists of 20 teams divided into four groups. Each group will play matches from June 1 to 18. The top two teams from each group will advance to the Super Eight phase from June 19 to 24. The semi-finals will be on June 26 and 27, and the final will be on June 29.

There are 20 teams in the T20 World Cup. The teams will be divided into four groups, each with five teams. The group’s division is given below:
- Group A: India, Pakistan, Ireland, Canada, USA
- Group B: England, Australia, Namibia, Scotland, Oman
- Group C: New Zealand, West Indies, Afghanistan, Uganda, Papua New Guinea
