1.Alzarri Joseph 6/12 (MI)
The first Indian Premier League Best Bowling Figure was from Alzarri Joseph from MI against SRH. The match was at Hyderabad on 6 April 2019. SRH won the toss and they decided to bowl first. MI could not set a great target but they managed to score 136 runs. It was the low total, and it looked like SRH would chase the target easily. However, due to the outstanding bowling display from Alzarri Joseph, they were restricted to 96 runs all out. Joseph took 6 wickets by giving only 12 runs and it is still the best bowling figures in IPL history. Hence, MI won the match with 40 runs.
2. Sohail Tanvir 6/14 (RR)
The second Indian Premier League Best Bowling Figure was from Sohail Tanvir from RR against CSK. The match was at Jaipur on 4 April 2008. CSK won the toss and they decided to bat first. CSK could not set a great target and they only managed to score 109 runs in 19 overs. It was a very low total by CSK due to the outstanding bowling display from Sohail Tanvir. He took 6 wickets by giving only 14 runs and it is still the second-best bowling figure in IPL history. RR chased the target conveniently and won the match with 8 wickets.
3. Adam Zampa 6/19 (RPS)
The third Indian Premier League Best Bowling Figure was from Adam Zampa from RPS against SRH. The match was at Visakhapatnam on 10 May 2016. SRH won the toss and they decided to bat first. SRH could not set a great target but they managed to score 137 runs in 20 overs. It was a low total, and SRH was restricted due to the outstanding bowling display from Adam Zampa. He took 6 wickets by giving 19 runs and it is still the third-best bowling figure in IPL history. However, RPS lost the match and they were short of 4 runs and SRH won the match.
4. Anil Kumble 5/5 (RCB)
The fourth Indian Premier League Best Bowling Figure was from Anil Kumble from RCB against RR. The match was at Cape Town on 18 April 2009. RCB won the toss and they decided to bat first. RCB could not set a great target but they managed to score 133 runs. It was the low total, and it looked like RR would chase the target easily. However, due to the outstanding bowling display from Anil Kumble, they were restricted to 58 runs all out in 15.1 overs. Kumble took 5 wickets by giving only 5 runs and it is still the fourth-best bowling figure in IPL history. Hence, RCB won the match with 75 runs.
5. Akash Madhwal 5/5 (MI)
The fifth Indian Premier League Best Bowling Figures was from Akash Madhwal from MI against LSG. The match was at Chennai on 24 May 2023. MI won the toss and they decided to bat first. MI set a good target and they scored 182 runs. It was a decent total, and it looked like LSG would have to work hard to chase the target easily. But, due to the outstanding bowling display from Akash Madhwal, LSG were restricted to 101 runs all out in 16.3 overs. Akash took 5 wickets by giving only 5 runs with 1.42 economy. Hence, MI won the match with 81 runs.
6. Jasprit Bumrah 5/10 (MI)
The sixth Indian Premier League Best Bowling Figures was from Jasprit Bumrah from MI against KKR. The match was at DY Patil on 9 May 2022. MI won the toss and they decided to bowl first. KKR set a decent target and they scored 165 runs. They were restricted to this total due to the outstanding bowling display from Jasprit Bumrah. He took 5 wickets by giving only 10 runs with 2.50 economy. However, MI was not able to chase the target and they only scored 113 runs. Unfortunately, MI lost the match and KKR won the match with 52 runs.
7. Mohit Sharma 5/10 (GT)
The seventh Indian Premier League Best Bowling Figures was from Mohit Sharma from GT against MI. The match was at Ahmedabad on 26 May 2023. MI won the toss and they decided to bowl first. GT set a good target and they scored 233 runs. It was a great total, and it was very hard for MI to chase the target easily. However, due to the outstanding bowling display from Mohit Sharma, MI was restricted to 171 runs all out in 18.2 overs. Mohit took 5 wickets by giving only 10 runs with 4.28 economy. Hence, GT won the match with 62 runs.
8. Ishant Sharma 5/12(DC)
The eighth Indian Premier League Best Bowling Figure was from Ishant Sharma from Deccan Chargers against Kochi Tuskers Kerala. The match was at Kochi on 27 April 2011. MI won the toss and they decided to bowl first. Deccan Chargers set a target of 129 runs. It was not a great total, and it was very easy for KTK to chase the target easily. However, due to the outstanding bowling display from Ishant Sharma, KTK were restricted to 74 runs all out in 16.3 overs. Ishant took 5 wickets by giving only 12 runs with 4.00 economy. Hence, the Deccan Chargers won the match with 55 runs.

The ninth Indian Premier League Best Bowling Figure was from Lasith Malinga from MI against DD. The match was at Delhi on 10 April 2011. DD won the toss and they decided to bat first. DD could not set a great target and they managed to score only 95 runs. It was a very low total, and it looked like MI would chase the target easily. Lasith Malinga’s outstanding bowling helped MI to restrict DD with 95 runs target. He took 5 wickets by giving only 13 runs. MI chased the target in 16.5 overs and won the match with 8 wickets.
10. Ankit Rajpoot 5/14 (KXIP)
The tenth Indian Premier League Best Bowling Figure was from Ankit Rajpoot from KXIP against SRH. The match was at Hyderabad on 26 April 2018. KXIP won the toss and they decided to bowl first. SRH could not set a great target and they managed to score only 132 runs. It was a low total, and it looked like KXIP would chase the target easily. Ankit Rajpoot’s outstanding bowling helped KXIP to restrict SRH with a 132-run target. He took 5 wickets by giving only 14 runs. KXIP could not chase the target and they only scored 119 in 19.2 overs. Hence, SRH won the match with 13 runs.
